We had the best holiday! The owner was kind and discreet, and gave us useful tips about nearby restaurants and beaches. Sea & Stone villas are a 5-10 minute walk from Koundouros and Koundouraki, two of Kea’s most beautiful beaches. The villas were well equipped and very clean, with amazing blue sea views from the terrace. The swimming pool was brand new and sparkling clean, with a lovely sea view. Highly recommended!

Just a minute’s walk from the beach in Koundouros, this is one of the best places to stay in Kéa. It’s clean and elegant, and the owners are especially polite, friendly, and helpful. Definitely a must stay!
