Heliades Residence

The owners were so sweet and helpful, and check-in was easy. The apartments are beautiful and well equipped, with gorgeous views, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had a wonderful time and I’d absolutely recommend it. And a bonus tip, try Bourakis restaurant if you’re nearby. Just wow!

Pantelis was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the location made it easy to walk to great local restaurants. There are supermarkets nearby, several sandy beaches a ten-minute drive away, and plenty of parking. Our family of five had a lovely time enjoying the Mediterranean view over coffee on the deck and relaxing by the pool. Our two-story unit was modern and very clean, with comfortable beds, great air conditioning, towels, beach gear, a kitchen, and laundry facilities.

It’s a quiet spot, with no noisy roads or bars, and just a short drive to Chania or several nice beaches. I had a lovely two-day stay. The room seemed almost entirely new, and the kitchen was well equipped with an oven and espresso machine, plus a handy washing machine. The pool was lovely too, and I could see the sea in the distance from my windows. Thanks for a great stay!

Pantelis was kind and attentive throughout our June stay at Heliades Residence. When I told him I have trouble sleeping at night, he quickly arranged an upgrade to our room and handled it with real care. The property feels carefully designed, with a modern, luxurious interior, quality furnishings, and good amenities, including air conditioning. The pool area is brand new and a great place to relax and cool down. Entry is secure with a code, and the owner manages everything directly. Thanks, Pantelis, for making our stay so enjoyable. We’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run getaway.
