We had a great experience at these lovely Apartments. It’s a family-run place, with all the good things that come with that, and the location is nice too. I’d definitely recommend it to family and friends visiting Crete for a holiday.

We planned to stay for three days but ended up extending to five, and we’d happily return. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, and felt like home, with a large comfortable bed, roomy shower, and terrace looking partly toward the sea and partly toward the mountains. It sits among olive groves, with lots of lovely beaches just a few minutes away by car. Our favorite was Avra palm beach, about three minutes away. The hosts gave us plenty of delicious things, including eggs, vegetables, olive oil, and raki. We bought several liters of olive oil to take home, the best we tasted anywhere in Crete.

The owner was very friendly and even gave us a bottle of olive oil from his own trees as a souvenir. There’s also a nearby tavern with really tasty food. The apartment is large, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and couch in the living room, and a double bed in the bedroom. A couple of things to watch for: the doors squeak quite a bit, and the stone nightstand corner is fixed in place. You can cover it with a towel for safety.

The host was friendly, and the prices were very good. The apartments are large enough for four people, with a well-equipped kitchen, a big table, and a full-size fridge. The bedroom and bathroom are both spacious. The bed is made of concrete, which is unusual, but it’s comfortable and doesn’t squeak.
