The location worked well for us, with plenty of grills and tavernas a short drive away. The villa and pool were spacious and nice, though a few areas could use maintenance. We stayed for two weeks at the end of May with family aged from 3 to 75. We didn’t get instructions for the lockbox before arrival, so ask the owner about key access in advance. There wasn’t an information pack either, and the cleaning, pool and gardening staff arrived without warning. They were very kind and helped sort out some issues when I asked, but communication with the owner was poor unless I called to follow up.

The pebble beach is only a few minutes away on foot, and Prasonisi is about a 15-20 minute drive. For tavernas, Gennadi is around five minutes away by car. The property is beautiful and has a pool, a large covered terrace, and a smaller one upstairs. The furnishings are plain and somewhat dated, but it has everything, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Hello! We built this beautiful villa in June and July of 2002. We were two brothers from Albania, both craftsmen, working under engineer Andrea. It's a lovely place to stay for a vacation, and I think it's well worth a visit. I hope you get to come back often.
