The staff made this stay for us. The reception team were so kind and put real effort into making things pleasant. Any extra request or concern we had was met with genuine care, and we'd come back just for that service. Our room was large, clean and lovely, breakfast was good, and we had a lot of fun at the pool and bar. The location was great too. This was the best hotel we've stayed at.

The staff and breakfast were amazing, and the pool was lovely to use whenever we wanted. Our clean room had a great view, and the beach was very close, around 100m away. One of the best stays we've had so far, highly recommend.

The room looked small and quite gloomy at first, mainly because it faced the back alley. It was on the ground floor with direct access to the alley and the children's pool, so I couldn't leave the window open to sleep or keep the curtains open in the daytime for natural light. There were a lot of mosquitoes on the first night. I killed 8 or 9, then bought Raid spray the next day. One light bulb at the entrance was out. I may have been lucky with noise, since there weren't many kids around. The staff were friendly and kind. The pool was beautiful, and the pool bar and food were decent.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this stay deserved one, especially as I was travelling solo. Cactus Hotel was just right for a relaxing break, in a great spot: five minutes on foot to the main strip and ten to the beach. The rooms are modern and clean, with a very comfortable bed and an amazing shower. There was a good range of food and drinks, towels in the room and by the pool, and a clean pool area with very comfy sun-beds. The staff were attentive, helpful and really friendly. I couldn't fault the hotel. They made me feel at home, and I'll definitely return, this time with my family. Thanks to Cactus Hotel and the team.

We had a really nice stay. The hotel and rooms were tidy, clean and cozy, and the people there were friendly and helpful. The food was very good, with lots of breakfast choices. You can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel if you don't feel like going out. There are two pools, kept very clean each day. They weren't too crowded, and the place felt peaceful and relaxing. The beach is only five minutes away.
