I’ve never written a bad review before, but we were treated so badly that I feel I have to. They didn’t respect the money we paid. At check-in they demanded full payment, and at checkout they wouldn’t give us a receipt when we asked. The room was small and dirty, and they wouldn’t help us with our bags, so we could buy everything from them instead. The air conditioner dripped; they “fixed” it after 2 days, then told us not to turn it on. The pool was dirty, and they ran the pool cleaner for only one hour in the morning. The owner even expects employees to call them boss. Shame, shame, shame. Don’t stay here.

We paid 423€ in advance without seeing the room, then cancelled the booking. We were told, “you’d better pack your stuff today,” and blamed for costing them money. They had already been paid for 6 nights, while we spent 1 terrible night there, so I’d say they came out ahead. Liris Studios seems to be a place for “special” people: the owner said he didn’t want people like us and shut the door in our faces. The room was awful, with broken sheets, cold water, a dirty sink, and no curtains, so we were woken at 5a.m. If you want quiet at night, drunk people shouting in the street will make that difficult. Please don’t make the mistake we did.

Everything was old and dirty, with no parking and no security. A bad place to stay.

I’m begging you, don’t stay here. Worst place on Earth!
