Date: 22/07/22 Time: 00:00 After a long day, my family and I arrived in Zante and went to the villa. The owner was aggressive from the start and spoke to five grown adults as if we were children. That made the welcome really unpleasant, and he was extremely unprofessional when some more of our family arrived by taxi 15 minutes later. He assumed we were expecting more relatives, even though we told him there were only eight of us staying at the villa. Then, at midnight, he told us to get out and said he didn’t want us there. There were cockroaches in the swimming pool and lizards inside the villa, too. It was a traumatic night. We had to take all our luggage and walk through the middle of nowhere with dogs barking at us. Now we’re stranded in Zante without a hotel. The whole holiday has been extremely stressful from the start, and this villa owner made it worse.

The pool was amazing, and the owner was the best we’ve had so far. We spent a week at this fantastic villa, just a 10-minute walk from Lagana. Everything was perfect. I’ll definitely come back, it’s a must!

After a long day travelling from Athens, we’d already paid upfront for a three-day stay, but an aggressive man with no respect for others refused to let us in. It was 12:30 am, in the middle of nowhere, and we had to walk along dark roads to get back to the main area. Terrible service. I’m never coming back.
