The patio was lovely for quiet evenings, and the whole Phoenix Villa is well cared for and surrounded by greenery. The welcoming atmosphere made it feel like home, and the location was great. We'll definitely come back and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, friendly stay in Greece. Our room was cozy, clean, and spacious, just like the photos. The air conditioning, fridge, kitchenette, and bathroom all worked well, and everything was cleaned regularly. Fresh linens and towels were provided, and comfort clearly mattered. We accidentally broke a mug, but the owner was understanding and kind about it. Even after checkout, he let us wait for our transport in the shade under the terrace, which was a huge relief.

The owner was incredibly sweet and hospitable. He checked in every two or three days to tidy up, replace towels and sheets, and see if we needed anything. He even brought us drinks as a gift, recommended restaurants with good food and prices, and helped arrange taxis. When our taxi couldn't pick us up from another city, he drove out himself and brought us back for free. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our holiday. When we arrived at Villa Fenix, the owner showed us around the whole house. It was neat and tidy, with a spotless pool and bathroom and beds already made. Everyone had a clean set of towels. We couldn't have asked for it to be cleaner.

I had a really relaxing stay and would definitely come again. The owners were fantastic, friendly, and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Dennis welcomed everyone and went out of his way to sort out any problems. I'd highly recommend villa phoenix.

The apartment was clean and well maintained, in a really good location. The owner was friendly and so helpful, and even gave us a bottle of wine he'd made.
