Aellia Hotel & Suites Leros

A big thank you to everyone on staff for being so kind. Special thanks to the owner, who let me stay at the hotel while I waited for my boat until 3:00 in the morning. I hope to come back and enjoy another trip. See you!

The rooms are modern and stylish, and the service is friendly. Lakki is easy to get around from here, and the place is really quiet. There’s also car rental in the same building with attractive terms. Stay here, pick a different beach each day, and try the island’s best restaurants, like sotos, dimitri or taki s.

The architecture and rooms are decent, and we chose the place because it was brand new. But the reservation staff were rude and gave me no confidence. I found a good room price online, then called to book and was told it was a mistake, so they changed the rate straight away. They also asked for my driving licence to arrange a rental car, which I sent. We agreed on 45€ a day, but at the hotel they said there was no car at that price and offered one for 80 €. I turned that down and rented elsewhere for 30€ per day. When I asked for sparkling water from the minibar list, they sent me to the market instead. We requested room cleaning the next day, but it wasn't done. The jacuzzi in our room was full of insects. The breakfast was really poor, too. I won't come back. The staff were rude and I couldn't trust them.

The hotel’s own car rental made it easy for us to get around, and we had no problems with the car during our vacation. Staff also helped with all our requests just as we wanted, without refusing anything. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, and breakfast was more than enough. We were very happy with the stay. Thanks so much for everything. I’d definitely recommend it to friends in Turkey and to other visitors, and thanks again.
