Samothraki Beach Apartments & Suites Hotel

We had a balcony room with a sea view, and there was plenty of space. The bed sat low and felt a little narrow, but was still fairly comfortable. The bathroom was roomy, the shower was very good, and the room had AC, a safe and a mini fridge. The hotel occupies a large cliffside property on the island's southwest coast, with lovely sea views. The beach beside the road is public. Sunbeds and umbrellas near the path up to the hotel are free to use. Rooms are in several low buildings, each up to two floors and generally with four rooms. A big pool and a dining room/restaurant sit by reception. Service was excellent throughout, always friendly and genuinely helpful. There's lots of parking and even an EV charging station.

We couldn't get to the island with our car because the only ferry with space for it was in two days. I lost the money I paid for the accommodation, and the hotel won't refund it. Be careful with ferry planning. There's only one ferry a day, and you need to book tickets ahead or you may end up stranded. The hotel knows about this situation but didn't tell tourists, though it should have.

The sea and mountain views are stunning, and the food was both delicious and high quality. We arrived on Samothrace without expectations and ended up having the best possible experience. The staff welcomed us warmly and gave good service, especially Marina. This is undoubtedly the island's best place to relax. The rooms are luxurious and perfectly clean.

The pool and its sea view were absolutely fabulous, and Marina at reception, I think that was her name, was the best choice any hotel in Samothraki could make. Thank you so much. If we come back, it'll be thanks to you. The room quality was mediocre, far from perfect, and the cleaning was much the same. They changed the towels and made the bed, but didn't clean the bathroom during my four-night stay. Breakfast was mediocre too.
