I felt fine leaving my car here: it was packed with valuables for several days, and the parking was monitored by CCTV. I saw the recording screen at reception myself. The area felt safe, and reception staff were friendly. The views were excellent too. In the room, the mattress was good, the AC and TV worked, there was hot water, and room service brought breakfast up. Breakfast was good, with fresh scrambled eggs, toast, and a pot of filter coffee. Good value overall. Lamia is a lovely town in central Greece and worth visiting.

The staff were super nice, and the rooms were clean with nice views. The building is old, though, and the hotel really needs a major renovation. My husband and I love Lamia, but it’s sad seeing so many empty, old buildings around. Breakfast was very poor too, we missed having an omelet and vegetables. It’s okay for one night.

Clean, comfortable rooms and private parking. The staff were friendly, and the location was great. Excellent value for money.

The location and parking were handy, and the staff were good. Breakfast wasn’t worth what we paid: there wasn’t enough food for the guests eating then, and one person was trying to refill everything, make coffee, and clear empty tables. Cleaning could also improve. In my room the bathroom didn’t have enough light, and there wasn’t enough hot water in the morning. The hotel really needs renovation soon. Fine for one night, especially if you’re driving, but I’d think twice before staying again if I visit Lamia.

The staff were friendly, which made the stay nicer. It’s a standard three-star hotel in a great location, while the rest felt average. The breakfast, unfortunately, was really poor. Overall the experience was okay.
