The employees are ironic, management is never around, and they keep money from cancellations. A very bad environment.

Nice.

I’ve never had a worse hotel experience. The towels and sheets were covered in stains, and there was dampness on the walls with dirt everywhere. It was clear that cleanliness wasn’t a priority. When we raised it with the manager, he showed no interest or offered any solution. He just said it was “none of his business” and that getting paid was all he cared about. That kind of disregard for customers and basic hygiene is unacceptable. I wonder how the hotel operates without oversight from the relevant authorities. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Stay away.

It’s near the OSE station and in a central spot, but I still can’t recommend it, even though it’s advertised as economical. For an old hotel, the least they could do is keep it clean. When I told the receptionist about the cleanliness, his behavior was unacceptable. I gave it one star only because someone carried a suitcase up for me, since there’s no elevator.
