The food was a highlight, both breakfast and dinner were fresh and really good. We also liked the beach bar menu, and everything we ordered there tasted great. When we had to leave early, they prepared a packed breakfast for us. The hotel app for ordering services worked without a hitch, too. The setting feels like a little Greek village, with lots of greenery spread across a hillside. The buildings step down the slope, which we thought made the place even prettier, and there was plenty of room so it never felt crowded. Our room was spotless and worked perfectly. Staff were kind and helpful at any time of day. There are several parking areas, pools, a gym and wellness facilities, restaurants, a playground, loungers by the pools and beach, and a private beach. You can borrow a paddleboard for free. We had a perfect stay, and if we're back on Lefkada, we'll choose this hotel again. Best wishes to all the staff, and thanks for everything.

We’re already looking forward to coming back. Porto Galini Seaside Resort is a modern five-star hotel by the beach, near Lefkada town, with facilities that made our stay comfortable and luxurious. The views are breathtaking, breakfast has lots of tasty choices, and the staff provide excellent service.

The staff were very friendly, and the view from this nice hotel is breathtaking. The buffet breakfast is excellent, but getting to the breakfast room means tackling 130 steps. The beach is beautiful, though it takes another 30 steps to reach it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have a heart condition or are unable to manage the stairs.

Stay away, it wasn’t like the pictures. I booked a classic room at Aguda, but nothing said I’d be given a small room on two floors with no option to move around. When I raised it with reception and the manager, they wanted me to pay for an “upgrade” to a one-floor room, as though that wasn’t a standard thing to expect when booking. The manager said it was a shame I hadn’t mentioned being afraid of small spaces. I asked whether I was supposed to list all my problems in the comments. The way they treated customers was terrible. Stay away like fire!
