Studio Katerina

Our paid room reservation was cancelled just three hours before we were due to arrive on the island. We’d booked it three months earlier, and no one warned us beforehand.

The host is amazing, and you can walk to everything from here. The place has had a recent upgrade and looks wonderful. We stayed for a couple of days before moving to villa Katerina. Thanks, Katerina!

Katerina made our stay memorable. The place is close to the beach and most of the island’s restaurants and bars, and the sea view from the terrace is awesome. There are nice cushions and a perfect bench for an afternoon nap or watching the sunset. Everything is beautiful and well kept, with modern equipment, a new bed, white towels, and white pillowcases. The towels were new, not yellow like ones we’ve had in other island accommodation. A 100 per cent recommendation. Thank you, Katerina ♥️

Our five-night stay was cancelled, and I’m writing here because Booking only lets me review a property I actually stayed at. As soon as Booking emailed to say the property had cancelled, I called Katerina. She said she knew nothing about it and would look into it and get back to me that day. I’m still waiting. I tried to rebook on Booking immediately, but the rooms had already been let again, and neither Booking nor the property could reverse the cancellation. I also messaged her through Booking and got no reply. Other reviewers say Katerina cancelled their plans too. In my view, she’ll cancel guests without remorse if a better offer comes along. There’s no customer loyalty, and this didn’t feel like the hospitality Greeks are known for. I’d avoid the place for peace of mind.
