The room was clean and the place sits right by the sea. Nights are quiet since cars aren’t allowed in the area then. The one awkward bit was the cleaner starting at 9 while we were having breakfast. It felt stressful when she watched us if we hadn’t left the room early.

Lipsi is such a lovely island, and this was a great base: the rooms were very clean and the location was excellent.

The staff were warm and friendly, and the studio was spotless. The views were amazing too.

We could have breakfast on the roomy balcony and garden while looking out at the sea. The studio was quiet and welcoming, with air conditioning, plenty of space, and all the comforts we needed. It was clean and fully equipped. Lipsi itself is wonderful.
