The hotel feels brand new, and the terrace is superb. Its location next to the beach is phenomenal. The only issue was our top-floor room: the AC had to run nonstop to keep the temperature bearable, and the room still wasn’t cool.

From our balcony, we had a breathtaking sea view every morning, and the terrace is beautiful. Hotel 12 Leptokarya is right in the heart of Leptokarya, fully renovated and very nicely decorated. We had an excellent stay, recommend it, and will definitely come back for another lovely visit soon!

The views alone are breathtaking, with the ocean and Mount Olympus in sight. The rooms are a decent size, and the kitchenette has all the necessary items.

Greece 🇬🇷 has the best hotels 😁. Two things bothered me: people kept waking me up between 2 and 5 a.m., and the Wi-Fi was 3.5/10 😮💨. Thanks for reading, and have a good day or night.

With such a beachside location, I expected more. There was no room service or cleaning during our vacation. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled very bad, and the lighting there was very poor. I don’t know how this hotel is allowed to operate.
