We're here for the second year because it's such a good spot for a holiday with small kids. The beach is just a few metres away. Rooms are very clean, there's private parking and a big yard with things for children to play on. The only downside is that there are no espresso machines in the rooms.

For 50 euros a day, it's great value. There's a large grassy yard, and parking spots sit in the shade under a grapevine. The bathrooms are gloomy because the lighting isn't good, and there's only one key per room. The cleaners don't speak English and don't seem to know what to do, so they ask in Greek every time. Still, it's a pleasant place near the beach. Umbrellas there cost 9 euros, but there's also a large free area. The frappe is good at 2.50 euros. If you use a paid umbrella, water comes as a bonus. In the free area, water with your frappe isn't included and costs 0.50 cents.

Everything was great. The owners and staff are very friendly, and they're around every day if you need anything.

We stayed at Mrs. Zografia and Mr. Nikos's rooms for a second time, and once again everything was very good. The rooms and location were great, and the hosts themselves were very discreet. There is AC and mosquito netting, and the surroundings are quiet.
