Hotel Samaras Beach

We stayed with our little girl and had a really relaxing time. The location and view were lovely, and the beach is right beside the hotel. Our room was very clean and cozy, and breakfast had a generous range of traditional food to suit every taste. We’re especially grateful to the amazing, polite staff. Thank you, Katia, Vasiliki and everyone else!

This review is about the restaurant. It was swelteringly hot when we sat down, and the beers came right away, so that part started well. But when we tried ordering from the menu, everything we asked for turned out to be unavailable because the cook wasn't there and there was some kitchen problem. We eventually got something they could make, and honestly, it felt like the waiter had cooked it. A restaurant needs to be able to prepare food. As a customer, I couldn't care less about what's going on in the kitchen.

The location was a favorite, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had a lovely view from our room, and the bed was very comfortable, on the soft side, which I like. The staff were amazing and friendly. We ate at their restaurant too, and the Chicken Club sandwich was delicious. I'd definitely go back.

The staff were really friendly, and the location was great. Our room was small but practical, though it had a bit of dust, the mini fridge was loud, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The cushions were great, at least. They still clean rooms when the Do not Disturb sign is up, so tell them directly if you don't want anyone coming in. Breakfast was so-so, and I missed having more cheese. Still, we had a nice stay.
