Minas is small, friendly, and quite unique. I can't recommend it highly enough. The pool is a good size and well looked after, and there's a small selection of sunscreen available for free. Our compact room stayed cool and had everything we might need. The bar and dining area felt relaxed, with good simple food made to order. Many guests return again and again, and I can see why. We were welcomed with a free drink as soon as we arrived. Nobody rushed us or made things difficult.

The hosts are lovely and go out of their way to make sure you have a great holiday. It's a fabulous family-run apartment place in a really central spot. I've booked again for September.

Our original hotel was overbooked, so we were sent to Minas Apartmnets. That mistake turned out to be a lucky one. We've come back every year, made new friends there, and learned that some guests have been returning for over 10 years. It's a family business, and they're happy to help with anything you need. The rooms are basic, but have everything for making breakfast or dinner, though on holiday, we didn't end up using it!

Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. The location is good, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The disappointing part was the air-conditioning charge of €7 per day. It wasn't advertised or mentioned until the money had been taken. The area is rather loud at night, and during the Greek summer we had to leave doors and windows open to keep the temperature livable, so the noise was a problem.

The bar ended up being my favorite spot. There were four of us mates, recent graduates taking our first trip abroad, and the welcome was hospitable, with a free drink. The accommodation was fine for sleeping, showering, and spending time on the terrace.
