The owners are friendly and reliable, and the place has a nice, welcoming feel. The room was clean, and the surroundings are really pretty. The location is a standout, sitting between the sea and the upper cities. On weekdays the pool is usually quiet and free to use, and there's a Saturday party for anyone who wants company without roaming the island on its busiest day. The villas are kid friendly, but music plays from 10am until sunset, so I'd suggest this place for adults only. The bar is nice, though it might be good to offer villa guests cheaper drinks. I would've liked something like a cocktail weekly ticket, for example 60€ for 10 cocktails Monday to Friday. Cocktails cost 10€, while draft beer is 5€, so you can still order an alcoholic drink without spending too much. The price and position make this place stand out, and the friendly vibe is great. The price makes sense given there aren't services like cleaning or laundry included. I'd love to come back.

Maria, the owner, was so welcoming and warm, and nothing was too much trouble. The location is handy, with a short walk between the buzz of Hersonissos and the charm of Koutouloufari. Go there for dinner, it's magical. The renovated property is full of care and energy, and every corner is beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. Looking at the Instagram page for the bar “Alibi” gives you a better feel for their vision and vibe. We'd wanted a self-catering holiday, and this place was perfect. The local supermarket is just a 5-10 minute walk away, so we picked up fresh groceries and cooked in the apartment kitchen. Dinner on the balcony with its stunning view was one of our favourite parts, and we also ate at local restaurants to get the best of both worlds. The pool area and courtyards were so cute, with lovely white and blue Greek architecture. We stayed five nights on a last-minute getaway, and it was more than we hoped for. The space has a chic, boujee, almost Tulum-inspired vibe. The stay was perfect from arrival to departure, and the property exceeded our expectations. Incredible value and hospitality. We're already planning to return in a few months.

We stayed for two weeks in August 2017 and totally recommend the place. The apartments offer great value, though a full-length mirror would've been useful. The weekly free barbecue was good fun, and the accommodation is basic. There were plenty of sunbeds, and unlike at other resorts I've visited, people didn't reserve them, so there was no moaning about having to save a spot. It's professionally run by the owners and three staff. The location is convenient: turn right for a 10-minute walk to the beach area and restaurants, or head up a steep hill for about 10 minutes to the old town and its lovely tavernas. We found it probably suits couples or families with older children best. The positive reviews give you a good idea of what to expect. Hope this helps.

We felt at home in these cozy apartments, where the bar has a lively feel. Kostas and Maria are wonderful hosts who go out of their way to make guests comfortable. Raki is regularly flowing at the bar and keeps everyone cheerful, yet it never disturbed our sleep. It feels like everyone here is a friend you just haven't met yet.
