Athenea Villas

We had such a wonderful time here, and really hope to return. Athina was incredibly kind and always there when we needed anything. Thank you for the lovely present, we truly appreciated it. The cleaning staff were kind too, and we were always given clean towels and sheets, although I'm not sure if they were changed every two or three days. The rooms and garden were cleaned daily, and a boy also cleaned the pool. The house was fully equipped, with good air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. The bed was wide and comfortable, and we slept so well. It was suitable for kids and pet friendly, so our dog enjoyed the stay too. There was plenty of parking in front of the villa. The private pool and garden were wonderful, and the view was stunning. Although the house is up on a hill, the approach was easy in a regular car, with a concrete road all the way. There is also a path through the olive trees to Keri beach, about a 7-8 minute walk. It wasn't very steep, and we managed it with our four-year-old.

We spent two weeks here as a family of two adults and two children, and Athanea Villas has become our new paradise. The sea views are breathtaking, and the apartments and gardens are decorated with so much care. We had lots of fun in the private pool, and Athina and Alex were wonderful hosts. They arranged a boat trip, shared lots of helpful information, and were always there when we had a question. You'll need a car, especially for bringing things back from the supermarket. Having one also makes it easy to visit the many beautiful places around the island. Keri Beach is about five minutes by car or a 20-minute walk. The bay is very calm, great for children or relaxing on an air mattress. Keri has several taverns and cafes, though we also recommend trying restaurants elsewhere on the island. It was hard to leave, and we're sure we'll come back. Thanks so much for everything, Athina!

We stayed at Athenea Villas for three nights in July, on our first trip to Zakynthos. The views are spectacular, and the host was kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it if you have a car.

Athena and Alex were friendly and helpful hosts, and we had a wonderful holiday. Our rooms were lovely, and the outside space was just right, with a small private pool and amazing views across the whole bay. Gardens and villas were cleaned and looked after every day.
