The location is really good.

The location is handy, though there's no view. The rooms felt mediocre, with very few amenities, not even shampoo, so I don't think calling it a luxury apartment is justified.

We stayed in August during the coronavirus period, and they followed all the measures. The owner was very friendly and took great care of us over the phone, even though we never met in person. Our room had plenty of space for two and even a little kitchen with an oven. The hotel was very clean and nice.

The room was spotless and communication was excellent. My one complaint is that you can hear through the walls; there's no soundproofing.
