Elements Villas

The villa has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and a handy location if you rent a car. It’s between Lardos and Pefkos, only 10 minutes from Lindos and about an hour from Rhodes airport. Before leaving, I’d seen several negative Booking reviews. Since the price was fairly high, I messaged the owner to say I expected a place without defects. He said he’d read my message and make sure everything was in order, but when we arrived, there were still many problems. We parked in the garage at Elements Villa No. 5, and immediately found that its door wouldn’t close, despite there being a switch. Inside, the kitchen shutter didn’t work and blocked a lot of light. The downstairs room’s air conditioning was broken, and several pool lights weren’t working. The downstairs shower was very dirty and full of limescale. The outdoor shower was mounted poorly, spraying water into the pool, and was also completely covered in limescale. The house overall seemed very poorly finished. No one mentions that toilet paper can’t be flushed because the plumbing is very weak. The outdoor barbecue is basically a concrete block, with water from the air conditioning dripping onto it. The sunbeds had sweat stains and dirt and were unpleasant to use. Ants were everywhere, around the pool, outdoor dining area, kitchen, bathrooms and even the bedrooms. I reported some of the issues. The owner said someone would come the next day to fix them, but gave no time. At 7:30 in the morning, a random worker appeared by our pool and started work without saying anything or leaving any information. The Booking photos don’t represent Villa No. 5 at all. They show only the best villa, which looks much nicer. Ours didn’t resemble those photos in any way.

These luxury villas have an amazing view and are close to the beach, in an excellent location. Lots of guests have given them the best comments.

Fotis was very polite and helpful, and shared useful tips and a few places to visit. Everything was perfect and we were all really happy. I’d definitely recommend it.
