The location is a plus: it’s near the center, in one of Rhodes’s most picturesque villages. But the cleanliness made this a stay we’d rather forget. Dust was everywhere, the sheets and the limited linen were stained, ants kept getting in, and the bathroom was in such poor shape that we had to clean it ourselves. Linen was changed every three days, and I’d stay here again only if I brought my own detergent and sheets. If you like the countryside, including grasshoppers and goats, it may suit you. We spent a week there and couldn’t wait to leave.
