The room smelled strongly of oil, which we think came from paraffin lamps, and the shower had no holder for its head. Noise travelled badly between rooms, and we were woken at different times during the night. Breakfast was just average, fine but nothing more. We arrived on check-in evening to find the building locked. The number on the door rang inside, where we could hear the phone, but nobody answered. After a while we worked out the hotel was connected to a nearby hostel and eventually got ourselves inside. It seemed they’d forgotten our reservation and left us stranded. Luckily we figured it out, or we’d have had to search for another place to stay. A very disappointing experience.

Feri and his team made us feel right at home and helped with tours, transport and insider info. The stay felt like being in a museum, but with five star facilities. Such a comfy, unique experience. Thanks so much, we loved it!

Breakfast was just right to get us going, and the feta tart was delicious. The hotel is perfectly placed for local bars and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated with lots of lovely touches, and the pretty shower room was just what we needed after a long walk up Mount Olympus. We had an amazing stay at this delightful boutique hotel.

The accommodation is really beautiful, with a classical design, and the host was great.
