The staff made this stay special. They were kind and helpful throughout, and even before I arrived they answered my emails and helped with everything I needed. Dimitris and the whole team deserve a special thank you for making me feel welcome and looked after. They were always willing to help with small requests, local suggestions, or arrangements, and the personal attention went beyond what I expected. The location is lovely, right on the beach, with beautiful sea views from the rooms and terrace. Samos town is close too, about a relaxing 10-15 minute walk, while the setting itself stays quiet and peaceful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast has lots of choice and is very good, and both the open buffet and à la carte options at lunch and dinner had tasty food made with fresh ingredients. It's a relaxed place to unwind and enjoy the island. I definitely recommend Samos Bay Hotel, and I'll be back.

The room was awful. The bathroom was dirty, and the toilet paper rolls had already been used. By my door there was a bucket of dirty water and broken chairs lying around. The shower didn't work either. When I asked the owner if it would be fixed that day because I wanted to shower, he answered very rudely. I left instead of staying the night and found somewhere else. The location right by the sea was the only good thing. I would never return, under any circumstances.

We had a really pleasant visit and enjoyed our time at Samos Bay Hotel. It's clean and well kept, and sits conveniently close to both the beach and the city center. Breakfast was a simple but lovely classic Aegean-style spread. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout.

Every person at this Hotel was kind, and the service is what made our days there so special. A big thank you to Manager Dimitris and the lovely young woman at reception. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

The location is beautiful and fantastic, and the woman at reception was the only one who smiled and made us feel welcome. I stayed at Samos Bay Hotel for six days, and the property owners insulted and cursed at us. They were frowning and looked at us strangely when serving food. That was all really unpleasant.
