I needed a room with only a few steps to the entrance at very short notice, and what a lovely find this was. The studio was well decorated and equipped, and spotlessly clean. Bed linen and towels were good, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked excellently, and there were insect screens on the window and terrace doors. The terrace looks out to sea, with the beach literally across the road. The road wasn't busy in September. Beautiful cats came to visit but didn't try to get inside. There's a mini market and bus stop very close by, and a Seatrac on the beach for people with mobility issues. I had my first swim in two years! It's a lovely family, though they don't speak English. They'll get someone on the phone who does. They booked a taxi for me to get back to the port. I will definitely return for a longer stay next year, highly recommended.

We had our coffee on the balcony each morning, listening to the waves and watching the world go by. The beach is so close, and the location is great. The room and bed were comfortable, everything was super clean, and the owners were very helpful. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to cater for ourselves. A lovely stay in Livadi 💫

We arrived late in the evening, but everything was organised well. The apartment was right in front of the beach, with a nice open space to sit outside. It was very clean and had an equipped kitchen. The fridge was stocked with fresh eggs, water, and some basics for a small breakfast. The owner also left us little gifts, grapes one day and local honey the next. We had a lovely experience and really recommend this place!

Irini and Popi are wonderful, kind, and helpful people. The rooms were super clean, and they use an ultraviolet light after each stay. The fridge was wonderfully stocked while we were there. It's a lovely place right across from the beach. If you visit the beautiful island of Astypalia, I highly recommend staying here. You'll be very happy.

A very quiet hotel with a stunning sea view. The location is good, with a supermarket one minute away on foot and traditional restaurants next door. The staff are friendly. Thank you, Irini, you're amazing.
