The beach is neat, wide, sandy, and almost right outside the hotel, which is a real plus. The area is quiet at night but still close to lively nightlife and plenty of small shops. Our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and nice, with balconies and different ambient lighting. The atmosphere was relaxing, the food and drinks tasty, and the staff very kind. Cleaning was done daily and the floors were clean, though the room upkeep could be improved, especially cosmetic bathroom repairs and cleaning the doors. Standards seemed to vary between rooms, so different guests may have had different experiences. During the day there were fun activities in Czech for kids and adults. Some evenings had Greek music and dance shows. Boat trips are also available to interesting rock caves with beautiful azure water, Marathonisi, or the famous Navagio beach.

The room was fine and the air conditioning worked, but the furniture was poor and the bed with its metal frame wasn't comfortable. The bathroom felt more like hostel standard, with a loose shower head holder. Hot water also ran short in the evening when everyone was getting ready for dinner, so be prepared for a cold shower. The hotel sits right by a good sandy beach, and sun beds are available for an extra fee. We thought it might be worse after reading reviews, but although it's rated 4 stars, I'd say it feels closer to 3. The food selection was limited, though there was always something we liked. Lunch and dinner were tasty apart from the soups, which tasted like they were made from powder and were a complete waste. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. Snacks were a weak point too, sometimes pizza slices, sometimes sandwiches and fries, and also cold sandwiches. Don't expect the choice of food you'd find in Turkey. There's a pool with sun beds around it and a bar beside it. Room service was fine, with daily cleaning and fresh towels and bed sheets. Some things could be improved, but we were satisfied overall. P.S. Most guests are czech, polish, hungarians and lithuanians.

The sea is great, and it's a nice place to stay with your children, especially if you're Czech. The animation team is very nice, and the young staff are pleasant and look after the children throughout the day. Most of the rest is average: meals, drinks, rooms. Don't expect it to look like it does in catalogues. I don't think this should be a 4* hotel; it's more like 3*.

The one good thing is being right next to the beach. Beyond that, it was a huge disappointment. Our room was dirty, paint was peeling from the walls, the bathroom floor leaked constantly, and there was mould everywhere. The shower was disgusting. Our AC didn't work, though the one in the room next door did, so maybe it's a matter of luck. The hotel played incredibly loud polish music by the pool around 10-11 in the morning, making naps or a lie-in impossible. Maybe it would've annoyed me less if it wasn't polish :D Housekeeping and reception were honestly infuriating. Each time housekeeping came, at least one thing we needed disappeared, either towels or a bedsheet. On day two they took our 4 dirty towels but left only 2 clean ones. On day three, no clean towels and just one bedsheet instead of 2. On day four, they changed nothing at all, only swept the floor. We saw this as we were passing our room with the door wide open. It went on like that. We reported it at reception, but they couldn't reach the head of housekeeping despite calling numerous times. They promised towels and an extra bedsheet promptly, but it took multiple hours to sort out. I still don't understand why they didn't just replace at least the towels from the start. Did they think we wouldn't say anything? Food was another big problem. I'm pretty sure I lost weight during our stay. I could only bring myself to eat salads and potatoes, but most of the salads tasted like soap or were inedible because of strange ingredient combinations. The coffee wasn't good either, and the desserts were overwhelmingly sugary. 0/10 would not visit again.

Being close to the beach was the one positive. We arrived late at night and didn’t feel welcomed. There was no phone in the room, and no towels either, so I went to reception. The receptionist brought some that were disgustingly stained. When I asked for clean ones, he challenged me with “why?” and “what’s wrong with them?” After I pointed out the stains, he said it wasn’t their fault because the laundry hadn’t cleaned them properly. I found that response very unprofessional. The room and bathroom were in poor shape: black mold around the shower and emergency pull cord, insects in the shower, a dirty toilet bowl, humidity on the walls, and spider webs around doors both in the room and throughout the hotel. The safe also costs extra, €12 per week or €3 a day for shorter stays. The hotel photos online don’t match reality. Housekeeping would knock at 8:30 in the morning and come in without waiting for us to answer. They actually entered while I was naked. It didn’t seem to matter that we were on holiday. Food choice and quality were very average. I definitely don’t recommend this motel to anyone. Thank God we found a real hotel nearby for our last couple of days.
