Sevas Studios

I loved staying at Sevas apartment last year. As a songwriter, I enjoyed having the freedom to sit on the terrace under a big parasol, taking in the amazing view of livadia and the ocean, and the sunrises and sunsets. The rooms were spacious, clean, and fresh, with the doors and windows open. Her son Tony helped with anything I needed. Seva's breakfast was included, and I couldn't get enough of the yogurt with grape dressing. I loved every bit of it, and the place has stayed close to my heart. I'll be back someday.

The breakfast was a highlight for me, especially the savory crepes, and it's handy being able to walk into the town center. Our room was comfortable and we had a nice stay, though it could use a bit of an update. There’s a good amount of room, including a large kitchen area. Pets are welcome, and parking is available in a small lot beside the hotel or along the roadside. Good value for the money.

The owners were pleasant and my room was clean, but I wouldn’t book here again. I stayed alone, and although the charge was per room rather than per person, I got breakfast only two mornings out of six. Couples were served breakfast every day. The same difference applied to room cleaning. There’s no breakfast room, so the owner brought meals to guests’ rooms. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to other solo travelers.

We’d booked six months ahead, but when we arrived the owner’s mother was the only person there. She had no record of our reservation and said the hotel was full. She tried calling her son, the owner, around 20 times, but he never answered. We had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. I wouldn’t trust this place.
