Evoikos beach & resort

The garden is beautiful and full of greenery, with a fig tree whose fruit is delicious. It’s quiet and could be great for a family holiday, and the place is clean inside and out with plenty of parking. But it isn’t wheelchair accessible, and the beach out front and the area around the hotel look run down. Livanates also doesn’t offer much to do, so I don’t think the place is worth the price. It should be clear that it’s no longer a restaurant, because the title is misleading. The room for three was really cramped, with the single bed right beside the double, which I found uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny too. Shaving your legs or private parts in the shower is practically impossible, and anyone a bit overweight won’t fit in it. The toilet is lower than my knee, while the sink is almost waist high. For context, I’m 174 cm and lean. The photos are a little misleading, and my whole family was disappointed when we arrived. You also can’t choose the air conditioning temperature. The owner says it has to stay at 27° Celsius on cool mode.

Livanates is such a cozy, peaceful little place to unwind. I love it and keep coming back, and this is one of my favorite places to stay. The hosts are welcoming Greek people who make a vacation here lovely, and the food is great. A+.

We had a wonderful stay, with lovely service and Greek hospitality. The place was very clean, and breakfast was excellent, made with their fresh produce. Have a drink at their outdoor bar and enjoy the cool atmosphere.

A quiet, relaxing place, about 10 meters from the beach and sea. The room had a nice seaside view, and the owners were very kind. It’s a good choice for a family, with a good breakfast and Greek coffee :). The pension was clean and very nice.
