Hotel Panorama

A nice hotel.

The location is a plus. Still, I’m upset to leave a negative review for a place in an area that doesn’t get much tourism. My husband, our one-year-old baby and I stayed one night for a baptism at the hotel restaurant. People in the neighboring rooms were shouting, swearing and slamming doors. I went out to speak to them, then told reception. The response was completely apathetic. They said they couldn’t kick the guests out, but I hadn’t asked them to. I only wanted them to tell those guests that people had complained and they needed to respect others. Nothing was done. There’s no sound insulation. The staff generally helped us with what we needed for the baby, but when I asked for things, I felt like I was bothering them. It was very expensive for what we got: one night and lunch, two burgers, one salad and three beers, cost 85€ in total, with 50 for the night.

The staff were generous and very kind, and the service was impeccable. Rooms were spotless and had AC and a refrigerator, and the restaurant food was generally good. It’s a quiet place at a low price, just five minutes’ walk from the sea while still close to the National Road. I’d happily return for a vacation.

The owners are lovely, and they serve breakfast themselves with a smile every time. My room was very clean, and the cleaning lady tidied it daily. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone. Whenever I get the chance, I’ll come back and repeat the experience again and again. Thank you! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
