Eagle's Nest Studio

The balcony view is stunning, and we really enjoyed the pool. Marina made us feel welcome, and she's warm and funny. The studios are basic but perfectly fine, with quiet air conditioning and shutters that helped us sleep well. The beach is a 20-minute walk down the steep hill. We had a hire car and enjoyed visiting the many beautiful beaches nearby and further away.

There are lots of good places to eat nearby, but the area is hilly. We walked everywhere, though some of the slopes were tough on our legs, so most people hire cars or bikes. When we had a couple of minor issues in the room, they were sorted out right away. The rooms are basic but comfortable and have everything you need. The views from the front and back are both stunning, and we never had trouble finding a sunbed by the lovely pool. Marina gives such a warm welcome and treats everyone like family, so it's easy to see why people return. This is a great place for a relaxing holiday. I'd highly recommend it and will be back.

The surrounding hills make for a stiff walk, but they're the reason for that wonderful view. The pool area is beautiful and the garden is lovely. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. We were grateful for the drinks in the fridge when we arrived, as well as the complimentary breakfast on our first morning. We had a wonderful holiday at the Eagles Nest. It's a beautiful spot, made even better by Marina, a hardworking and amazing host who shows Greek hospitality at its best. Would we return? Absolutely.

We loved Eagles Nest, Marina and the way the resort is spread out. It took effort at times, but the stay was thoroughly wonderful. We'll be back next year. We spent 10 nights here. Marina is a perfect hostess and nothing is too much trouble. Our comfortable ground-floor room had double doors opening onto a private patio with sea views and a lush, vine-filled garden. The whole resort is quiet, though I don't think there's a lot for young kids to do. Eagles Nest is on a hill, so expect a steep walk back to the accommodation. The resort is very hilly throughout, which could be challenging if walking is difficult. Many people rent cars, and I understand why. We took our time walking down to the beach and back up. There are plenty of bars and restaurants by the seafront, and more up the hill in the other direction. Two minimarkets and cashpoints are nearby, though each cashpoint charged 5 Euros per transaction.
