The villa is recently renovated, clean, and tidy, and works well for two right in central Edipsos. Street facing rooms look straight at the villa opposite because the road is so narrow, though that's true across town. You can park outside the building, where the car stays shaded for most of the day. Quite decent accommodation.

Everything is nearby, including a shop just two minutes away and the sea. The place is small, so it's easy to manage, and the people are very kind. It's really clean, and they leave extra towels and a whole pack of toilet paper. My only issues were that the fridge gets very hot and the freezer hadn't been defrosted. Still, it's a solid place.

The cleanliness is excellent, and everything that was described is there. The dishes are passable, but the black saucers aren't. Even an ordinary coffee takes at least half an hour. The internet is the biggest problem: it only works in the entrance hall and the nearest rooms. In rooms 109 and 110, you can sometimes pick it up from the stairs for a few minutes, then it disappears. They blame the weather, but it's the same in rain or sunshine. The second floor is even worse.

The owner is friendly, the place is clean, and the location is good. I did find the kitchenware lacking: there's a huge saucepan in the two bed studio, but no ladles and only one deep plate.
