There's a lift, a cozy entrance, and a nice little garden out front. The hotel is close to the town beach, maybe around 200 m away. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the terrace was comfortable too, with a nice awning over it :)

The staff were very polite and willing to help, but cleanliness was a serious problem. The shower had hairs in it, and dirt had built up in all the bathroom corners, as if they hadn't been properly cleaned for quite a while. There were spots on the sheets and pillow, so I had to ask for them to be changed. The white towels weren't white and had yellow spots, and seemed poorly washed. Hygiene can't be negotiable, whatever the hotel's rating or any other circumstance. Cleanliness is what helps guests feel comfortable and welcome on vacation, so it should be the owner's top priority for improvement.

The location works great for me, and the owners are friendly without being intrusive. You barely notice them, but if you need something, you can get in touch and they'll help. That said, hot water isn't always available. The apartments were poorly cleaned, the towels were torn, the pillows were very bad, and the mattresses uncomfortable. These aren't expensive items to replace from time to time, especially the bathroom curtain. A fresh coat of paint isn't the only thing needed to get ready for the season. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't come back or recommend this villa to people who find walking to the hot springs difficult. I think it could have good potential if they put in enough effort.

It's pet friendly and fine for a short stay if you're looking at the price. The room was clean but very basic, and the bed was quite uncomfortable. There are no bathroom amenities, meals, or drinks available at the hotel. There's no parking lot, just street parking around the hotel, which gets pretty busy in August. There wasn't an anti-mosquito device, and that mattered a lot. We didn't have much contact with the staff and had to look around for the receptionist when we arrived 😏. It's about a seven-minute walk from the pedestrian area and shops.
