Oceanis Hotel

The rooms are much too small, the bathroom is awful, and the room locks have strange keys. The amenities don't justify the high price. I wouldn't recommend it.

Ms. Panagiota was especially kind and made us feel very welcome. The service and cleanliness were impeccable, making this a very fair choice for anyone visiting the area. We happened to read some negative reviews, but they don't reflect what we experienced, and it's unfair to people who respect their guests and clearly try to do their best.

The rooms were tiny and unclean, and closing the balcony door made the smell noticeable. Water from the air conditioner had pooled across the balcony. Of all the hotels we've visited in the Edipsos baths, this was the worst. On booking, the room price was 36, but Mrs. Panagiota charged us 40, saying it was New Year's Eve and she needed to cover the cleaning service and cleaner. Neither seemed to be the case. When we asked for a receipt, she seemed surprised, said she didn't have her notebook with her, and promised to email it. The receipt we got was for the room next door, which she was renting for less than both the booking price and what she charged us. When we said we'd book through booking.com next time because it was cheaper, she replied, "No, no, next time I'll charge you 30." After staying in the room, we had itching for three days.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located, and Mrs. Panagiota was an excellent, welcoming host. She provided everything we needed and made us feel at home. We'll definitely come back!
