They let me keep the room a little longer, which I really appreciated. The staff were lovely, and the location is great. Highly recommend it, and thank you so much!

The room was tiny, with only a little renovation done. The air conditioner was old and loud, and the furniture and key locks felt dated. The photos don't match what you actually get. For that price, it was far too much. I'd give it a maximum of 1.5 stars.

The breakfast was barely adequate, and the room was filthy despite costing a fortune. So much was broken: the toilet didn't work, and the water either wouldn't stop or wouldn't run at all. Pressure was too low for a shower at night. The photos are misleading, since the rooms seem renovated online but aren't in reality. Cleaning was irregular, with excuses that the cleaner hadn't come that day, which I don't believe. Then they complain that tourism is down, while treating paying customers this way. You shouldn't have to suffer through a miserable room after paying so much.

After the third day, the septic tank overflowed and ruined our wardrobe. The owner and staff didn't come to help or even apologize. The agency fortunately moved us to a lovely new apartment where everyone was kind. We had pictures, and the agency knew what happened. This was the worst place I've stayed in during my 49 years, and I wouldn't return even if they paid me. The rooms were dirty, neglected, and covered in cobwebs, nothing like the photos. I also want the legal team to contact me about compensation for the destroyed suitcases and their contents. The booking was in my wife's name, with the same surname, apartment 17, from 21.7. The overflow happened on 24.7. I suspect the five-star reviewers are people connected to the place. Regards.
