The location is fantastic if you're looking to relax and read on the beach. The house has everything you might need, from shampoo and beach towels to mosquito repellent, espresso capsules, and cooking spices. They also clean every day. The amenities are top-notch, and every detail feels well thought out. Highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back, even though the price was quite steep. The villas are beautifully furnished, and the staff were great. It’s a little out of the way, but the beach in Kythnos is quiet.

The sea view is lovely, and the villas are clean and nice. Getting there is the drawback: the road from the top of the mountain is rocky and unpaved, so you need a very sturdy car or 4WD.

The villa itself was really nice, but the final 900 meters are along a rough dirt-and-rock track. That part of the drive takes away from the experience.

The rooms were dirty, the staff were rude, and there were illegal buildings and an illegal occupation of public space. Don’t give these criminals your money!
