Fantastic View Kythnos suites & studios

The view really lives up to the name, and you’re close to both the beach and plenty of restaurants. We especially liked Sofrano for its fresh seafood and excellent service. Eleni and Hara were pleasant and quick to respond.

We visit Kythnos often, and now we know where we’ll stay next time. The location in a picturesque harbor was very convenient, with taverns and cafes nearby, beautiful beaches close by, and Chora just 5-10 minutes away. The view was incredible. Each morning we wanted to take our coffee onto the balcony and enjoy it. Our room was bright, peaceful and spotless, with everything we needed, comfortable mattresses, and a private parking space just outside. It felt like a thoughtfully put together little holiday home, and we were at ease right away. The hosts’ warm, friendly hospitality stood out, too. They were always available, offered suggestions, and paid attention to the small details. We had an exceptional stay.

A lovely, quiet room with an amazing view, a good bed and quality sheets. It was very clean, and just right for a peaceful rest.

The photos don’t show what every room is like. The one we had had been renovated only in the bedroom, not elsewhere, a point other reviews have raised too. It was listed as a triple, but barely felt big enough for two. The third “bed” was a built-in Cycladic sofa with a mattress about 5 points thick, suitable for sitting, not sleeping. They’d added a folded blanket and cardboard to soften it. We paid 170€ per night for a triple that didn’t even have a proper mattress. Other reviews have mentioned this sofa mattress problem as well. The bathroom curtain was very dirty and hung so it couldn’t be pulled aside. Mrs. Eleni also treated us very badly. She was entitled to complain that we checked out late, but instead of calling us, which she could have done, she barged into the room and shouted. What a shame.
