Isla Brown Corinthia Resort & Spa, Curio Collect

The food was better than we expected, and our room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. The modern design and gorgeous views made the setting feel relaxing from the moment we arrived at Isla Brown Corinthia. What stayed with us most was how thoughtful the staff were. Everyone was warm, quick to help, and greeted us with a smile. You can feel the General Manager's care and vision throughout the guest experience, and it gives the hotel its own character. We had a memorable stay and will definitely return.

The drinks were lovely, made with care, and seemed to arrive just when we wanted them. The team made the week feel easy and welcoming too. Everyone was kind, helpful, and fun to spend time with, and there was always someone around whenever we had even a small question. We could laugh and joke with them naturally, which made it clear they really cared. My Cousin and I had a great week at Isla Brown Corinthia. The resort has a beautiful setting and modern design, with a nice balance of peaceful and lively. Grigoris, Sylvana, Ioanna, Anastasia, Panos, George, Spyros, Nikos, Alex, Pantelis, Kostas, thank you for making our days even better. It was lovely meeting you all, and we’ll be back!

I liked the beach where the hotel is, and the spa massage was good. The spa staff were polite. Breakfast was OK too. But I would never stay here again, and I’m surprised by the rating. We handed two expensive cars to the valet. With the main lot full, they left them in random spots among bushes and fallen branches. I saw this from the rooftop and went down with photos to complain. Everyone I spoke with agreed it was unacceptable, except the manager, who wouldn't speak to me and stayed behind her staff. She seemed not to care. By the pool, the staff were polite but barely around. They kept directing us to order on our phones, which wasn't always convenient, especially since the webpage didn't list everything. Each time food came, they forgot the cutlery and napkins. Dinner was terrible. The salads were about the only thing worth eating. The beach bars and clubs nearby were VERY loud, with music ALL day until 1am. We were told it can go on until 5am in peak season. There was really no chance to relax.

The staff were very nice and helpful, but I won't be coming back. For the price, I expected a lot more, and this felt like a 3-star hotel at most. Housekeeping mostly just made the bed. The floor stayed dirty, and my room key had to be reactivated four times. Each time, I ended up waiting 25-30 minutes just to get into my room. The sauna shower had mold and broken glass, and there was no steam. The €28-per-person buffet was terrible. There's a place right across the street where you can eat much better for €5 per person. I don't mind paying more, but I expected much better quality. I was very disappointed with my stay.
