We were three in the family, and this smaller, apparently family-run hotel suited us perfectly. The room was modern and very good, with AC that worked well. Breakfast had lots of choices, and we enjoyed the pool, though the beach is just across the road from the entrance. Parking is free, but it got crowded; the staff let us park in a second row. They were helpful and friendly throughout. We used the hotel as a handy base for driving around the mainland, then spent late afternoons and evenings in Loutraki. The location is good, with a pleasant short walk to the main centre. It's not a big all-inclusive resort, but it fit what we needed, and I'd happily stay again.

We were there for 2 nights, and it was truly awful. The pictures on Google maps and Booking aren't fake, exactly, but they don't come close to reality. The pool was green, and the rooms were small, plain, and felt incomplete. Our basement room was hot and humid; we only took it because there were no regular rooms left, and it cost just 15€ less. The beds were very uncomfortable, although the pillows were good. The shower's hot tub button didn't work, and there was no curtain. The A/C didn't work either. Even breakfast toast had no taste, and the "juice" was plain water. The breakfast overall was tasteless. Cleaning utensils, sheets, and mattresses were left around the hallways. Rooms were cleaned only once every 3 days. I get that a hotel might need multiple routers, but why not use one password throughout the same hotel? I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Breakfast had plenty of options, and the rooms were pretty well equipped. The staff were so nice and attentive, checking that everything was okay and easily handling requests, like gluten free food. The hotel is right by the beach, a great spot to watch the sunset.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the location is great for restaurants, the beach, and nightlife. At breakfast you can order any coffee you like or freshly squeezed OJ at no extra charge. Still, it cost far too much for what you get, even in low season. The bed was rock-hard and made loud noises with the slightest movement, and the place wasn't especially clean. The seaside right in front of the hotel isn't very nice either. Breakfast choices are very limited, so keep that in mind if you're staying more than a couple of days.
