The owner of the hotel, Tianos, apparently thinks you can't even talk in your room before he threatens to call the police. He follows you through the hotel, yelling at you to be quiet. Our sheets and towels were changed just once in ten days. I wouldn't recommend staying more than one night.

The room was very cramped. There were three beds and a bathroom, with hardly enough room to turn around. The new owner, Tianos, wasn't polite, and the pool rules weren't clear. We weren't allowed to use the ball, even though other guests could, and he took ours. We were threatened with a police call just for talking in our room late at night.

My partner and I stayed seven days and were extremely pleased with Hotel Kosmopolit. The hotel is small and very cozy, and the staff are always smiling and friendly. They can answer lots of questions about Loutraki and the surrounding area. It's within walking distance of both the city centre and the seafront. Every room has a fridge you can stock with cold drinks. There's also a small, cozy pool area behind reception where you can relax somewhere quiet. It seems like a really good place for couples or solo travellers, though perhaps not so good for families with children.

The service was very good, and the rooms were medium-sized with minibars. The Wi-Fi signal was good only in the lobby.
