The breakfast was terrible, and spa use costs another $10 per room for just one hour. At a $150 a night bungalow, I think that should be included. The hotel only deserves one star because the review system requires it, in my view it deserves none. We had booked and paid for two nights, but plans changed and we couldn't stay the second night. An employee told us the night before to ask the desk in the morning about a refund. At the desk, we were offered half the amount in cash, which felt very shady. Then the manager, Thodoris, threatened legal action when my husband spoke with him. He was condescending and, to me, completely unsuited to hospitality. There was no cancellation policy information given to us or available at the desk, and none on the website at the time. They also wouldn't give us any checkout paperwork. They eventually gave us nothing back at all. They had first offered $75 cash just to make us go away, and we ended up losing $153. Pozar itself is a scam, and this hotel tops the list of scammers in town. If they had refunded us, we might have come back someday. I can't stress enough how strongly I recommend staying away.

The view was breathtaking, and it's close to the pazor hot springs. Prices are comfortable too, with smiling faces everywhere. I spent one night, then cancelled my next plans so I could stay longer. The owner and all the staff are amazing and really care. It's super clean, and you can let go, relax, and feel yourself healing there. I'd definitely come back, highly recommended. Don't think twice 😉

The pool was constantly crowded, and it was hard to find a spot even for guests who had paid for a room by it. Anyone could use it for a small fee, so hotel guests ended up sharing it with lots of unfamiliar people who had just come for a coffee and a swim. There might be only 50 people staying at the hotel, but you could meet another 50 at the pool. I wasn't asked whether I agreed to that, and if I'd known when booking, I would've reconsidered. They should rethink the policy, or at least make it very clear to people before they arrive. I also worried about the new pool that wasn't finished yet. It was open, with small children running around it, and there were no signs or barriers separating the area. The one-way car entrance, with vehicles coming and going and no mirror, didn't feel safe either. There were lots of unfinished corners and areas. It was generally a good family experience, but the hotel could be much better. I got the feeling the owner or contractor had a good idea that never quite came together. Those details gave me a poor impression of the facility's philosophy, and I hope that's not what the owner intended to show.

The place is lovely, clean, tidy, feels new, and has an excellent location. The morning was reasonable too. But pay attention: someone may check your bags while you're out. We'd only been in the room about ten minutes before going to a restaurant recommended by a man at reception. After another fifteen minutes, I returned for towels, while the woman stayed at the restaurant. I opened the room door and found that same man standing over the bag on the table, with his hands on it. When I asked what he was doing there over the bag, he gave an irrelevant answer and seemed mostly pressured to turn off the air conditioner. Demetrius, who runs the place, was told what happened but seemed unmoved by my concern.
