I really liked the views from above the harbor, and the breakfast was amazing. The food in general was great too. Sophia kindly let me check in early and switch from my original room to one with more privacy. On my last day, I could leave my luggage at the hotel until evening and even take a shower before heading to Sfakia.

I only stopped in for coffee, but the view was amazing, the kitties were adorable, and the staff were lovely. Alison, the owner, is fantastic and hilarious. The hotel is right in the middle of the bay, with the beach at your feet. I’d stay here in a heartbeat.

The beach is right outside, just 2 metres from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a safe, air conditioning, and a fridge, plus a nice bed. It’s a very nice place to stay. If you’re going to Loutro, I’d make this my first choice. The owner is friendly and lovely, and you’ll definitely enjoy staying here.

The quiet was so peaceful, and breakfast was awesome. The rules felt a little strict, though I don’t think I minded. The rooms were pretty small, but cozy. It was alright.

Every year when we return, we run into old friends we’ve made over the years. Hotel Porto Loutro on the beach has become a place we love coming back to. Alison Androulekakis is the best, always fun and attentive to what each couple needs. The rooms are clean and beautifully appointed. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!!!
