The owners were kind and sociable, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room service was appreciated, and the restaurant was good for breakfast and coffee. We also had a nice balcony with a wonderful view.

The balcony had a great view and was a peaceful place to spend time. It’s a comfortable, basic hotel room, and we were happy with our stay and thought it was reasonably priced. The bathroom was clean but tiny, so shower water gets everywhere.

A dream location in Loutro, the true gem of Crete, and a fabulous host. The rooms were tidy and very clean, with an exceptional view, and the stay was fantastic value. A couple of things could use attention: the air con couldn’t keep up with the size of our room, and some bathroom fittings were coming away from the wall, including the shower head, shelf, and toilet seat. Even with those issues, I’d rate it five stars.

I’ve stayed at SIFIS many times and have never been disappointed. The cafe serves delicious drinks and great food, including the best club sandwich in the village. The clean, cozy rooms have lovely balconies, with a romantic atmosphere and a beautiful sea view. It’s a true paradise, and I’ll keep coming back!
