I went with my boyfriend and his friend, and even though we arrived in the early hours, security greeted us since reception was closed. Knowing someone from staff was always on site made me feel safe if anything came up. The pool is lovely, the music is great, and staff will take song requests. The room was very clean and got cleaned every day, with fresh towels, blankets, toilet paper and the rest. I hadn’t realized air conditioning cost extra, but the security man sorted that out straight away. Everyone working there was friendly and happy to help. The food was delicious, some of the best we had on the whole trip, and it wasn’t badly priced either. It’s around a 10-minute walk to the strip, through pretty little alleyways with flowers and lovely views. Being a bit away from it also meant we didn’t have to worry about the clubs and bars keeping us up all night. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Malia.

We were a group of six and spent a lovely week here. The hotel isn’t too big, so there was always room by the pool, with the bar right beside it and a good range of drinks and food. Our rooms were spacious and tidy, had kitchenettes and balconies, and were serviced daily. My friend and I also had a lovely mountain view. We chose half board. Breakfast was buffet style, and dinner was served by the pool with a wide choice of dishes. It included starter, salad and main, so there was plenty to eat. The staff were so hospitable, and when I left an item behind they were very helpful and mailed it back to me. For me, the location was just right: quiet at night, about 10 minutes from the strip, and a very short walk from the old town. We had a great stay and would definitely return. Still never found out what goes into the bella elana cocktail, haha.

It’s close to the old town, and our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. The staff were so nice, and they also arranged a late checkout for us before our flight. Special shout-out to the man at the bar. You’ve got to try the BELLA ELENA cocktail.

We stayed for two weeks, and the staff were among the nicest people I’ve met. They kept checking in and making sure everything was going well. Our room was always clean and the towels were changed daily. The pool was lovely and clean, and the food was excellent for such a good price. It’s close to the strip and new town, while also being a handy base for exploring the old town. The mountain view from the hotel was extraordinary. Reception helped arrange taxis and quad rentals, and suggested activities for us to try. When we had a night flight, they offered us the room for the day at a cheap price, so we could spend another day in comfort. The night security always greeted us kindly when we came back. We had a very pleasant stay and will most definitely come back.
