Harakiano Apts 1

Harakiano Apartments was wonderful when we stayed there in summer 2025. It’s probably the best apartment I’ve ever had, even after visiting 51 countries. It was gorgeous and had every comfort we needed: a kitchen with two induction hobs, plates, glasses, cutlery and cookware, plus a hairdryer, towels, sheets, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, toilet paper, and even a coffee maker. The owner was always available and incredibly kind. They welcomed us with water, fruit juice, biscuits, and fresh seasonal fruit, including peaches and plums as well as bananas and pears. We already regret not staying longer. The nearest beach is about a five-minute walk, and the central Malia beach we used was about 10 minutes away. The nearby supermarkets are incredibly expensive, so for groceries I’d go to Chalkiadakis in the centre.
