Le Palme

The staff were helpful, including when they arranged our late check-in. The hotel was clean, with daily housekeeping, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony. It’s close to pharmacies, markets, and all sorts of useful places. Air conditioning costs extra, though that was stated in advance and we simply missed it. In summer, music noise means we don’t think the first room would be very quiet.

I stayed for about 20 days, not just a night or two, and had a great experience. Caterina and Manos at reception were extremely kind and helpful, and everyone seemed committed to making the stay excellent. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. The location is great, a few blocks from the main street, a large supermarket, and the beach, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Great value for money, highly recommend.

Katerina, the owner, and her family were the loveliest people, always happy to help with anything. We ate at a few places she recommended and weren’t disappointed. The hotel is in a perfect spot and was super clean and efficient. Our room had everything we needed, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. We got clean towels every couple of days. We stayed the last week of April, just as things were starting to open, and we’ll definitely come back soon. We’ll pop over in August too. Thanks again ❤️ Vikki & Adam

The room had been recently remodeled and was spacious, clean, and looked out over green space. It was easy to work in a quiet spot since Le Palme sits away from the street. The bed was comfortable, with several pillows, and the WiFi was fast. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly, and gave us great restaurant recommendations and advice about nearby attractions. Good value lodging, highly recommended. Le Palme is a real gem in Malia.
