Moonlight Hotel

We’ve stayed here twice and have already booked another holiday for 2026. It’s a lovely little family run hotel in a fabulous location, with a fantastic cocktail bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast has both continental options and cooked buffet items.

It’s a great spot between Stalida and Malia, so it stays quiet while still having all the noise you want only meters away. We love staying here. The staff are great and breakfast is really good.

We spent a great week in Stalis. The hotel sits right among the shops, bars, and restaurants, most of which serve amazing food. I’d avoid curry park. Ariadne beach hotel across the road has reasonably priced sunbeds and the option of the sea or pool. The balcony is small, but there’s room for two to share a glass of wine and take in the views. Our room was really nice and cleaned regularly, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. We often finished the night at the bar with the two brothers, Bojan and Simon, and sometimes Aldi, if that’s how you spell it. They made us feel very welcome. They call it a 2 star hotel with a 5 star welcome. It feels like more than 2 stars, and I definitely agree about the welcome. I’d recommend staying here.

Manos greeted us so warmly at 3am, too. The hotel was clean and spacious, breakfast had a great choice, and the location was perfect for exploring. The bar had a really fun atmosphere each evening. We’ll definitely be back.
