Tula was fantastic. She arranged our airport taxi both ways and recommended authentic Greek restaurants. The bar had a great choice of nightcap drinks, a lovely way to end each evening. The hotel is perfect for appreciating the beauty of Malia. We could see the sea all the time, and there’s a sandy swimming beach just a few meters away. The hotel pool was beautiful, clean, and faced the sea. It’s away from the party spots, but still within walking distance of nightlife and a huge selection of amazing restaurants. We love walking, and everything was easy to reach by the beach or back roads. If you hire a car, bike, or moped, there’s ample parking.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and our late check-in after arriving late went smoothly. The hotel was very well maintained, with a nice garden and enough sunbeds around the pool. It was very quiet despite being a five-minute walk from the party hotspot in malia. Our room had a small sea-view balcony and everything we needed, though it was smaller than I’d hoped. That was my mistake, as the bigger rooms were already taken. I might add a curtain or door to the shower. It was a wonderful stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks!

We spent 11 nights here and would happily return for another quiet holiday. Our ground-floor room had a lovely sea view, and it was cleaned daily, with fresh towels each day too. We’d read reviews claiming housekeeping was limited to towel changes, but that wasn’t our experience at all, and our friends’ room was treated the same way. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have what you need for a holiday. Manos and his family were wonderful hosts, always making an effort to help guests feel at home. We liked spending time at the pool and pool bar because of them.

The quiet setting made this a great place to unwind, though the centre is still reachable on foot. The shore right beside the hotel is rocky, but there’s a sandy beach two minutes to the left, followed by a pleasant walk to the centre that takes about 15 minutes. The pool is clean and deep, and the loungers are comfortable. Since the hotel is small, there’s room to relax without competing for sunbeds, and the poolside restaurant, pool, sea, and rooms are all close together. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and lovely sea views and sunsets from the balcony. Staff were friendly, and the à la carte breakfast runs until noon at a reasonable price. We’d gladly come back.
