I spent a week here in June with my mother. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and the towels are changed. The location is ideal for the sandy beach, and we couldn't hear loud music from the center. The one downside was that there were quite a lot of loud young people from the UK, though I understand this is a city suited to parties. The staff were very kind and helpful, doing what they could to make guests happy. We arrived around 8:30 a.m., even though the hotel day starts at 3 p.m., and the reception was helpful with everything; we were also able to have meals. The restaurant had plenty of choice, with fresh food, vegetables and fruit always available. For such a low price for all inclusive, I don't think you can complain. The staff are why I'd give the hotel five stars.

There are lovely trees and flowers around the grounds, and it felt like a peaceful place for a family holiday. We stayed for a week in this comfortable hotel and found the staff helpful and ready to answer questions. The rooms and grounds were very clean. There are two pools for adults and one for babies; the larger pools range from 1 to 3.5 metres deep. The bar has snacks and lots of drinks, and they organize Greek live music every Monday. Potamos beach is nice, about a five-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. The hotel can prepare lunchboxes if you want to go somewhere. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, enjoyable vacation. Best wishes to the hotel staff! 😀

The only issue for us was the smoking setup outside. There's no separate smoking area, so families and non-smokers are left around cigarette smoke. Otherwise, it's a calm, well-kept place. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day, the food was tasty and thoughtfully made, and the bar served excellent cocktails. Service was warm and welcoming, and the stay felt really relaxing.

The staff were really friendly, and having two pools with comfy sun loungers was great. I stayed in June; the studio had a shop-style shutter. The buffet food felt extremely cheap, though I did enjoy the Greek dishes. The area was rather run down, so the location wasn't great.
